Finding the stuffed horses in the museum too disturbing to draw, I set out for the competition rings and attempted to do gesture drawings of the horses in action. Of course the killdear doing its wounded bird act in the ring drew much of my attention. (Dropped my sketchbook, yes that's horse poop.)
