Jello-O Again, Part II
Monster Orange Jell-O Shooters

Just in time for your Halloween party...Bolstered by our success with the Margarita Jell-O Shooters we decided to try making Monster Orange Jell-O Shooters (our own recipe) in honor of the upcoming Halloween festivities.
MONSTER (Boo!) ORANGE JELL-O SHOOTERS
- Let 1/2 cup candy corn soak in 3/4 cup vodka for 3-4 hours
- Take one 3 oz box orange jello and mix well with 3/4 cup boiling water
- Drain the candy-corn-infused vodka into the liquid Jell-O and mix well
- Mix the juice of one lemon with 2 0z of Orange Liqueur to make 4 oz and add to Vodka and Jell-O (Go heavy on the liqueur side. Who needs lemon?)
- Chill and Serve
We decided to go all out and make ours in festive wine glasses. There was enough to serve everyone in the camper.
Well, it you're interested, we have finished these very large shooters. A little loosening of the edges and we swallowed them down...slowly. The big monsters were damn tasty and we recommend them to you all. We will not be trick or treating, wearing costumes or passing these out to the little children in the neighborhood. We will have them again next year.
